August 13, 1932-December 19, 2013 at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital Ouellette Campus. A kind, loving and honest gentle-man. Beloved and faithful husband for 59 years to Mildred (Cecile). A devoted and very proud father, father-in-law, and grandfather to Thomas and Cheryl, Ashley, Tyler; Douglas and Stephanie, Scott, Steven; Daniel and Sandy, Matthew, Alexandra, Andrew; David and Anna, Nathalie, Eric. Beloved brother of Grace (Don) Ducharme, Norma (Phil) Hebert. Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law Stanley and Lucille Cecile, Roy and Olivia Cecile, Arnold and Denise Cecile, Edward (Linda) Cecile, Robert Cecile, Carol (Michael) Rossell, Elaine and Len Sylvestre, Margaret and Kenneth Beaumont and Annette Rossell. Predeceased by his parents Ralph and Sara Kirby, brother Keith (Florence) Kirby, sister Marion (Robert) Laurier, son-in-law of the late Raymond and Ida Cecile, brother-in-law of Roger Cecile, Donald Cecile, Malvina (Paul) Blais, Delores (Walter) Adam and Genevieve High. Lloyd also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Lloyd loved nature. He enjoyed working in his yard, tending to his flowers as well as hunting and fishing. His greatest joy came from family gatherings and watching his grandchildren play hockey, baseball, football, and soccer. His passion was mold making. Lloyd was well respected and a leader in the industry. He was employed at I.T.L for 29 years. In 1985, he founded Kirby Tool and Mold. Many of his retirement years were spent travelling with his wife. A special thank you to doctors and staff on the 4th and 7th floors of Hotel Dieu. Also, thank you to Susan Hamelin for your wonderful help and compassion. If you so desire, donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Visiting on Sunday 3-5pm and 7-9pm and Monday 7-9pm. Prayers Sunday at 4pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 . Moe emigrated from Belgium in 1954 with his mother Karoline Jankowski and called Port Credit home for many early years. Moe will be lovingly remembered by friends, family and his extended brothers at the Sheet Metal Workers Union à Local 30.
